Nov. 10-13, Israel: Join a VC Mission to Israel

The Israel Tech Mission, founded by David Siegel, former CEO of Meetup and Investopedia, is organizing a mission to Israel for leading tech execs and investors. The trip will be led by Kevin Ryan, CEO and Founder of AlleyCorp, and former founder of DoubleClick, MongoDB, Business Insider, Zola, and Gilt Groupe. VC partners from First Round Capital, Gutter Capital, Blueline Ventures, SixPoint Capital, and Laconia Capital have already confirmed their attendance.

Preliminary agenda includes: 

  • Visit to the Beit HaNassi to meet with President of Israel,Isaac Herzog
  • Presentations from Google-backed Israeli startups. Meet with CEO of Google Israel, Barak Regev and Head of Google for Startups, Yuval Passov.
  • Participants will have opportunities to network and connect with Israel-based founders and VCs, meet with Chairwoman of Azrieli Group, Danna Azrieli and Co-Founder of Apax Partners, Sir Ronald Cohen
  • Guided tour by top IDF Spokesperson of Nova Festival site and Kfar Aza (Gaza Envelope community).
  • Visit to Palmachim Airbase for an exclusive tour of the base, drones, and Iron Dome/Arrow Missile Defense Systems.
  • Engage with community leaders who are shaping Israel’s future such as Gigi Levy-Weiss and Alan Feld
  • Meet with Scholar Micah Goodman and 2024 Israel Prize Winner, Eyal Waldman.
